The property is in an idyllic setting being both in the centre of Grange-over-Sands and enjoying splendid views of Morecambe Bay. Best advantage was taken of this by positioning a spa bath within an enclosed balcony overlooking the bay in total privacy. Other alterations were the creation of a new top floor studio providing an en suite shower room, bedroom and study facilities. The Master bedroom included an upgraded en-suite bathroom and fitted Japanese style sliding wardrobes. The property at first floor level has been much improved by widening the staircase and renovating the bathroom. Aesthetic improvements were made throughout, including restoring all of the internal doors to their traditional Georgian style. External works includes a new slate roof and replacement windows.
