Requiring a new study room to compliment their existing semi-detached home our clients wanted to utilise an underused area of their garden between the front and side of the property for the new room which would be accessed off the hallway. Our design links between the conservatory and hallway under a double pitched roof extended down to the garage at the front of the house.
